Director, Global Medical Affairs, Neuroscience-Sleep (Remote)

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for a dedicated Director, Global Medical Affairs, Neuroscience-Sleep to join their innovative team. This remote position will play a crucial role in developing and executing a comprehensive Global Medical Affairs Strategy and Plan for the sleep molecule, ensuring the delivery of high-quality scientific and medical communications globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated Global Medical strategy for the sleep molecule.
• Create and maintain the core scientific platform, focusing on disease state(s) and product attributes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product lifecycle management effectively.
• Participate in phase IV studies, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, and Real World Evidence generation.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of Medical Affairs and/or clinical development experience in neurosciences.
• Clinical experience in Neurology/Psychiatry and specifically Sleep is highly desired.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-focused approach.

Education

Doctorate degree required, MD degree strongly preferred.

Salary

$200,000-$300,000 base pay range
