Customer Service Representative - Ohare

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Avis Budget Group at Ohare. This role offers an hourly pay rate of $18.00.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in returning rental cars.
• Meet and greet customers, handle keys, record mileage, gas levels, and vehicle damage.
• Check-in vehicles using our computer system while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and flexible shifts.
• 6 months of retail customer service experience preferred.
