Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will engage with customers at our airport locations, assisting them throughout the rental and return processes. Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the rental and return processes at airport lots.
• Ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for customers.
• Process rentals, provide information, and offer assistance as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills and effective verbal communication.
• Ability to work outdoors and flexibility to work various shifts.
