We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our growing Avis Budget Group team. As a vital part of our enterprise, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience during the return of their rental cars. If you are responsible, energetic, and enjoy providing top-notch customer service, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the return process of rental cars.
• Meet and greet customers, secure keys, record mileage, gas levels, and vehicle conditions.
• Check-in vehicles into the computer system while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills and effective verbal communication.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility for all shifts.
• 6 months retail customer service experience preferred.
