Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide outstanding service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Experience in retail settings is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
