Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory.
  • Adhere to cash policies and maintain store security.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience equivalent to retail knowledge.
