Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. standards consistently
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient cash register operation
- Experience operating retail equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
