Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) as outlined for the role.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure neatness in the store.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Capable of operating a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
