Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining a clean store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) as outlined for the role.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure neatness in the store.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Capable of operating a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
