Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company guidelines.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Help in monitoring inventory accuracy and store cleanliness.
- Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses and uphold security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
