Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our business, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers by delivering exceptional service and working collaboratively with our team.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as required.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to offer prompt and courteous service.
  • Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of meeting cleaning and operational standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
