Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various duties including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
