Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory, provide feedback on products, and adhere to company cash policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
