Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve enhancing the shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service and collaboration with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain neat displays, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
