Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Participate in inventory checks and follow cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies for security and confidentiality
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register
• Safely handle equipment and goods
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
