We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stock management, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
  • Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and assist customers in their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management as needed.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
