Job Description
As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-stocked store, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with the team to deliver top-notch service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, ensure neat merchandise displays, and assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
- Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register.
- Ability to work with equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
