Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves accurately.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure data security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
