Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to deliver a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and process customer purchases.
• Stock merchandise neatly and maintain displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and report product or scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
