Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
  • Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, contribute feedback on products, and report any issues
  • Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures
  • Adhere to security and confidentiality guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Customer service and cash register experience
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
