Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized store environment, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring merchandise is effectively stocked and displayed.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in stock counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Prior retail work experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
