Responsibilities

  • Represent ALDI by embodying their values and competencies in your daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure shelves are stocked neatly.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback, and follow cash handling policies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and assisting with store inventory counts.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
