Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
  • Experience in a retail environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
