Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and uphold the company's standards.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and security measures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
- Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
