Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a neat and organized store environment. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering and stock shelves with merchandise.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential working environment.
  • Operate equipment efficiently and ensure cleanliness to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
