Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to shoppers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to minimize losses.
  • Comply with all company policies, ensuring document security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Stay organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
