Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service, stocking merchandise, and ensuring the store's appearance is top-notch. Collaborating with the ALDI team and maintaining the store's cleanliness are essential aspects of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Follow inventory guidelines, monitor inventory accuracy, and assist in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain company standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle equipment and operate a cash register efficiently.
