Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers.
- Experience in retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
