We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations.

Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and follow ALDI's guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain a neat store environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to management and contribute to inventory management.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
