Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, providing outstanding customer service, and collaborating effectively with your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on product quality, inventory, and operational issues.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies to ensure security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of safely using store equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience being a plus.
