Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Operate cash registers and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
