Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in using equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
