Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is always well-maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive store experience.
  • Stock merchandise, maintain neat displays, and ensure shelves are properly organized.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubbers, and hand jacks.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
