Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is always well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive store experience.
- Stock merchandise, maintain neat displays, and ensure shelves are properly organized.
- Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubbers, and hand jacks.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
