Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining product merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and teamwork will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and perform general cleaning duties
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow cash policies and uphold company procedures for security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• General cleaning skills and ability to uphold company policies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus
