Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and maintain document security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
