Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
