Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and operational challenges.
  • Contribute to inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and company policies.
  • Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols.
  • Complete assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
  • Able to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands of the role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
