Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of the store, you will be responsible for tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide a top-notch shopping experience for customers.

Job Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Follow inventory management procedures and ensure accuracy

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team
