We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance. Your responsibilities will include processing purchases, stocking shelves, collaborating with team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
  • Stock merchandise neatly and assist customers
  • Communicate effectively with the team and management
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
