Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
