Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
