Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining stock levels, operating cash registers, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members and management to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Perform inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash registers and various equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
