Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our retail team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves and merchandising displays.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
