Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and contributing to a positive working environment.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Keep inventory accurate, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties and assist in store inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.
