Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and contributing to a positive working environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Keep inventory accurate, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and assist in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.
