Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant environment for all shoppers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
  • Capable of following company policies and procedures diligently
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
