Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a pleasant environment for all shoppers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
- Capable of following company policies and procedures diligently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
