Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a valued member, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, effective merchandising, and efficient stocking of products. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
