Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stocking of products. You'll work collaboratively with the Aldi team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly following company guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any inventory discrepancies.
• Operate cash register efficiently and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment such as electric/manual hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
