Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a crucial part of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Emphasizing exceptional customer service, you will collaborate with the Aldi team to enhance the shopping experience for all customers.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory management procedures, adhering to cash policies, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle store equipment.
- Experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
