Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a crucial part of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Emphasizing exceptional customer service, you will collaborate with the Aldi team to enhance the shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Participate in inventory management procedures, adhering to cash policies, and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle store equipment.
  • Experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
