Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure document security.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Efficient cash register operation.
  • Safe equipment handling and operation.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience preferred.
  • Experience in retail combined with education is a plus.
