Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellence in customer service and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Process purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and related equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
