Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining store operations, from merchandising and stocking to cashiering, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory to improve store operations.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
