Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining store operations, from merchandising and stocking to cashiering, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory to improve store operations.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
